Is it comfortable? While the cooling bottom isn't stuffed with cushy material, as that would interfere with the pad's technology, the material is NOT hard like tile or concrete and our beloved pooches gravitate to those materials in hot weather in order to cool their bellies. The pad also softens as the heat transfers from your pet to the pad.
