We would first like to welcome you to the PawChic Boutique website ("Site") and thank you for choosing us. Please review the following basic (and necessary) terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. All users of this Site agree that their access to, and use of, this Site are subject to the Terms & Conditions set forth in this notice and all applicable laws. Please note, that as a moral and compassionate company, we reserve the right to refuse service as deemed necessary and at our own discretion.

The content of this Site is solely intended for personal, non-commercial purposes in relation to shopping and placing orders with PawChic Boutique. No other use of the collective content of this site (as before-mentioned) is allowed and is strictly prohibited. To obtain the rights to any information and material on this Site, one must first obtain written consent and agreement from PawChic Boutique. You may not publish, reproduce, display, modify, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site.

Please note that PawChic strives to provide product pictures and color options, product descriptions and representative images as accurately as possible; however, the Site does not guarantee said accuracy of product descriptions, colors, images and other material. Individual screens are set by individual user and/or default settings, which will create differences in appearance. This Site cannot and does not guarantee that the product descriptions, color options and or representative images and text is without error or complete or 100% reliable. Typographical errors and other discrepancies may exist despite our best efforts. PawChic reserves the right to correct any errors found, including those relating to product availability and pricing and shipping and reserves the right to refuse any sale/order based on said errors. Customer Service is paramount to us so we apologize if you ever find inconvenience and/or frustration while using the Site.

Please note that PawChic, its owner(s), its employees, team-members nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damages of any kind or whatsoever arising from, out of, or related to the use of this Site or any site linked to this site. We assume no responsibility for information and/or content and/or activity on sites linked from this site, as any links from this Site should be considered optional and solely for informational, promotional or other benign purposes. A link to another site does not mean that PawChic endorses that particular site. Any such site link is completely independent of this Site and as such, we have no control over content or activities of a third party site.

Some services (including but not limited to purchases & creating wish lists) require users to establish an “account” with this Site. Please note that it is a user’s sole responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your information and in maintaining the confidentiality of your account including (but not limited to your purchases activity and password). We advise that it is the user’s responsibility to inform PawChic immediately of any unauthorized use or misuse of the user’s account and information. PawChic reverses the right to recoup any damages incurred due to the misuse of your account or due to anyone else using your account. We recommend that you choose a password wisely and that you do NOT share your password with any third party to avoid such misuse. No user has the right nor may they use any other user’s password and/or information and account. Any known misuse may result in the termination of a user’s account at the sole discretion of PawChic.

On occasion users may choose to provide suggestions, comments, feedback, or other ideas and images to PawChic. Any such provided commentary and/or images by users to the Site shall be and remain the Site’s property and shall constitute a transfer to PawChic of all rights, interests in all copyrights and titles worldwide and shall therefore be considered intellectual property of the Site. PawChic (site and owner) shall not be under any obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, respond to any comments, return any materials provided and/or submitted, or to pay the user any compensation (monetary or otherwise) for submitted material and comments. It is the users responsibility not to provide any material and/or comments that violate, in any way, any right of any third party. By submitting comments and materials, the user agrees not to use or engage in any abusive, obscene and/or unlawful activities and comments.

As a user, each time you make a purchase, comment and/or establish an account with the Site, you understand and agree that PawChicBoutique.com and PawChic.com may contact you via electronic mail for marketing purposes and the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, or for such other purpose(s) as PawChicBoutique.com deems suitable. To stop receiving our marketing emails, you may choose to “opt out” by sending an email to ask4@ pawchic.com. This does not eliminate PawChic’s right to contact you by phone and/or email regarding changes, updates and or problems with your purchase order.

To make purchases on this site, the user must be of “legal” age (18 years) and a resident of the fifty states of the United States. We regret that at this time we are unable to accommodate International sales. As a user to this site, you agree to make purchases with a viable PayPal account and/or a credit card in which you are a holder and to provide accurate information to said card and account including, but not limited to: issued name, billing address, card number and type, date of expiration and the “security” (3-digit) code (where applicable) and contact phone number. You understand and agree that upon supplying such information, you authorize PawChic to charge your card for the purchase expenses and all applicable expenses, and to phone you with any changes, problems and/or updates pertaining to the order. Additionally, by placing an order, you understand and agree to the Site’s store policies of returns, exchanges, returns and restocking fees.
